Fog Lamp Holder
 

OK SVXers, here's one for you:

I was checking out the state of affairs under my hood this weekend and found the left fog lamp holder/seal (screwy, clampy thingy) was not secured. It has triangular "pins" that are supposed to fit into slots on the headlight assembly, you are then supposed to simply turn it into position. No matter how much I screwed with this thing it refused to go into place.

Any bright ideas out there?

Patience. I've changed mine a few times. Sometimes it takes 30 seconds and other times 15 minutes. I suppose it's most easily changed if/when the headlight assembly is removed from the car. I have not needed to do that yet.

Like other things in life...when it's in right you will know!

The problem with patience is it takes too much time.
