swaps and emissions
 

i hope you all can help. I have a 98 impreza rs. I just bought a 1996 svx engine and ecu and all the harness i need.
but i wanted to know if i swap that engine into my car and go for emissions would i pass (with it being older)? that is also assuming with the cats and other emissions stuff.

i tried a search here and google and bing i didn't get anything.

plus i was apart of the long ass forum. i remeber touching the emssions topic but i am second guessing the computer (ecu) test part, not the if i could pass the physical test - that easy.

off topic tom, but have you ever seen a svx twin turbo?
