Just Bought a Liquid Silver SVX (56k Maybe?)

Just bought her Wednesday night.

92 LS-L in Liquid Silver.
135k, but runs great and just had some tranny work done...
Bone stock and thats how she is going to stay for the most part...

Was a regular on Turbobricks but after driving an SVX I fell in love.

How annoying are those seat belts???

Ira Davis 03-10-2007 07:02 PM

Yeah originally I didn't like the seatbelts on mine either but after driving it for three months they became less of an iritation.

In fact I actually talked to another SVX owner who almost preferred the power belts over the manual belts in the newer cars.

Welcome to the darkside and enjoy your new ride. Looks great!

Are those 94+ rims?

Romantt8 03-10-2007 11:00 PM

Thanks for the compliments. I honestly don't mind the seatbelts and I think the windows are awesome. As for the rims I'm not sure which year they are from. The previous owner said that the originals were in rough shape so he snagged a set from someone who had never used them. They could be from a newer SVX, but all I know is that they have less than 6,000 miles on them. That is soon to change since I can't seem to keep myself from wanting to drive everywhere now.

definatly need to put a stock SVX subaru badge on the hood, either that or the JDM badge, other than that, it is a very sexy svx:D

Congrat for the purchase, welcome! :)

Interior looks very clean, i like it. Congrats.

Romantt8 03-13-2007 03:40 PM

Thanks for all of the kind words, the car is doing very well so far. We just completed a 5 hour trip on Sunday with no problems at all. Its a firm but very comfortable ride and the interior is great. I definately need to buy the right badge, it looks way too big and I think there is a small hole under it for the badge centering pin otherwise it would aleady be gone. I will post an ad in the wanted section for a stock emblem for now.
