Unca,

If you're an Ariz. Diamondback fan, we can debate the 2001 World Series. No need to be lonely Where's that SVXer who was the Mariner fan? the 3 of us used to have fun time on the Yahoo site.

Who says I dont like football.

I am a NY Giants fan. This year they stink.
You gotta' love a team that passes over Landry & Lombardi for the top coaching job and gives it to Allie Sherman.
I remember an NFL Championship game (before Super Bowls) in the early sixties in Yankee Stadium. I frooze my butt off. Bart Starr pulled it out for your guys and Nitsche made swiss cheese out of Gifford all day.

The Sunday morning paper before the game had a photo of Hornung out with 3 luscious lovelies the night before. It was captioned. Hornung's Hijinx."

No, it wasn't the NY Post. It was the NY Daily Mirror, a newspaper that made today's Post look erudite.

All season long , I've been listening to my coworkers tell me how the Eagles are going to win the Super Bowl. I'll believe it when I see it. I don't think they can beat Brett yet.

I just purchased a 92 in Denver (black over silver) all stock, no mods as far as I know, and had done a lot of internet research on the SVX before I bought "Sweet Sue". She has 92 thou on the odometer and I think it's the original tranny. I found a used tranny here in Grand Junction that had 15k on the rebuild and it came out of a rollover so I bought it as a backup. It was reasonably priced from the local dealership. Just put a set of Yokohama ES 100's on her in size 225/55/16. This was a recommended size from someone on the yahoo site. I have learned a great deal from all of the SVX sites and find them to be a very valuable tool for this unusual machine. Right now I'm trying to decide whether or not to switch to Red Line synthetics. I posed this question on one of the forums and got answers to support the switch and vice versa. So now I'm right back to where I started. Anyway, I guess most people consider CO to be the southwest or at least the West. So we are neighbors. If you have any insight on my fluids dilema please inform me. Sorry for the length of this post.:D

First, Welcome to our dark little corner of the Net! and welcome to the forum. I think (from my reading) that the consensus is that the Synthetic is the best way to go... I'll be changing to Red Line in the spring when I add the tranny cooler... while I swap the radiator from my pearl to the new teal... Good luck!

Is it my breath....?

Where is everybody? one little comment about synthetic oil....

I can't watch football anymore after Saturday's game.... Green Bay Just never showed for the game........ So it's watching Junkyard Wars for the rest of the season for me.....

UH OH....

Seems I killed the interest in your meet......If no one responds by tomorrow I will issue a retraction... in the up coming meet thread so others might attend....:(

MNYPNNY 01-07-2003 04:37 PM

Awww! You didn't kill any interest. I just think all the Denver-ites are too stuck up to come over here to "western" Colorado (egad, the horror!!).
I want you to come!
Zepp wants you to come!
Everybody who does show up wants more cars.......
So far we have 4 and I put an ad in the paper today trying to reach the rest of the SVXers here in our little valley who don't know how great our group is!!!
Who knows? Maybe we can get a half a dozen!!

~~Michelle
