I'm pretty sure in the road and track guide they said it was special vehicle experimental but I can't seem to find it in there right now.

what do you guys think/? my answer!

i've been in love with this machine quite a while and read lot of stuff and took a long time to have it.
if i'm recalling, i guess it should stand for,
SVX is as:
"speciality vehicle eXchange"
what do you guys think/? :D :D ;)

SVX -- S________ V________ X________
STX -- Subaru Truck eXperimental
STi -- Subaru Tecnica International

From the looking at the S in the places, I assume S is for Subaru, V is blank for now and X is for experimental.

my 2 red cents

It's nice to know that we can say "Road and Track Guide" without fear of an acidic retort. :D:D:D:D

watch it randy......

i have seen a EC jr. lurking......you could get pounced on at any moment.

i expected SVX to stand for something a little more meaningful, oh well.

I've sent an email to SOA with that question. Normally, they reply within 24-48 hours. Hope they reply soon. When they do, I will attach their response here.
