Lets say you've got the hood up and are looking into the engine compartment. On the left side there are two cylindrical things, one silver and one black. The black one has a tube coming out the bottom.. mine is not connecting to anything , it's just hanging. What's this do, should it be connected and where do I connect it? So I actually have three questions :P

Sounds like the ABS (maybe A/C) unit... as for the hose, without pics I couldnt tell you...

Silver cylinder: AC receiver/dryer. Black cylinder: Fuel system evaporative canister. The tube is a vent and isn't supposed to connect to anything.

the tube out the bottom of the black thing (charcoal canister) should plug right into the fender
