What type of steering do I have?
 

I have a 1992 LS-L do I have electronically Controlled steering or engine Speed Sensing Type? Will my VIN tell me?

If you have a 1992 LS-L (touring package) then you have Electronic vehicle speed sensitive power-assisted rack and pinion

The base model had engine sensitive steering. Vehicle speed sensitive is much more accurate and responsive for precise driving.

It will have the moonroof/sunroof, all leather, cd/cassette, i am sure others will chime in...

All LS-L models had the Touring Package (a $3000 option) It included

Leather seating surfaces, steering wheel, shift lever, and parking brake handle
8-way Power drivers's seat
Power sunroof
Electronic vehicle speed sensitive power steering
6 speaker stereo, AM/FM/Cassette/CD
Heated outside mirrors.

If the 5th, 6th and 7 digits of your VIN is X35, then you have the LS-L touring package.

The only option was a rear spoiler.

Just by the fact that it is an LS-"L", if your car were the LS, then no Touring Package. LS-L means it has the touring package.
