Few Pic's after carwash.

As the title says here are a couple of pics after cleaning the car up.

Looking at that last pic it looks like the rear right strut sags. Any one know if it is more likely to be spring? or strut?

nice pics.
if its was a dramatic drop all of a sudden i'm gonna say strut but if it was gradual, springs

Unfortunately I dont know if it was gradual or sudden I just bought the car almost 20 days ago. I do know however that with no weight in the back seat or trunk it sits slightly higher, but when I put my kids, young not much weight to them yet, in or put anything over 40 pounds in the trunk then you notice it sagging.

The upper spring perch is a bell housing... Often times they rot out and collapse and cause the rear to sag... New mounts will usually take care of it

Thanks, I plan to google those but any idea on best availability and price?
I assume you pull the rear struts to replace the mounts I read that the trunk liner has to be disassembled quite a bit is that true.

OEM is all you got.

You do have to do a fair amount of interior removal to access them, there should be a writeup on the board somewhere.

You might check into finding some good SOUTHERN used mounts. I have taken the struts off two southern cars and both had good mounts with live rubber with no rust. (Of course, used one set to mount Konis and keeping the other set for future mounts for coilovers). The concern would be potentially high shipping costs.

The SVX wasn't always as cheap as it is new.

Good info, however this car was from vegas. The guy I bought it from only had it up here for 4 years, and garaged all the time, there is very little rust on the car, and does not look like any under it.
