Easy answerable Question.
 

I just traded out the interior wood grain dash from 92 to 94. What surprised me was that the vent that is in the escaine on the passenger side, is flat grey. Are they all like this, or are there wood grain ones available that are not the 92 wood grain?

That's the way they all came. Even in all of my brochures, there never was a wood trim vent in that position

My pearlie had the matte grey vent and my 96 Polo with the beige interior has a matte brown vent on the beige ecsaine, while the rest of my dash is the lighter wood.

I guess they wanted to keep it subtle and not intrude on the esthetics.

My 92 has woodgrain around the passenger vent, but the 94+ all have matte gray, or matte beige, depending on the interior color.

They need to upgrade the phone system in your office. It's impossible to get through to you.
