Telescoping lock thingy?
 

Not sure what happend but I was trying to get to my ecu so I tilted the steering wheel up and out of the way. Now the steering wheel won't go back into the position I want. It will only stay all the way up or all the way down. Any ideas?

Use the lever under the column to reset your position.

Remember there are THREE levers.

TWO of the levers control the overall tilt of the wheel and the
telescopic function.

The THIRD (Lift lever) just moves the wheel up to make it easier
to get in and out. It remembers the settings of the first two levers.

Found the problem! There was a peice of plastic wedged inbetween the 'tilt' lever that was keeping it from locking in.
