ignition relay location?
 
i've been trying to find the relay for the ignition but cant seem to find it, anyone know where? the wiring diagram doesnt help

From your other posts on this issue, I wouldnt suspect the relay itself..... if the problem started after removing and installing the transmission, then I would suspect a switch or lead that is disconnected. You made sure the signal wire was hooked up to the starter right? (smaller 12V wire)

ya little black rectangle plug that fits on it. so if the cable isnt the issue and the relay is, where is the relay? supposedly under the dash but there really isnt anything to spot... then again i'm not sure what exactly that relay looks like

the term "behind left I/P" keeps coming up but whats I/P?

so i got a new ignition relay today and switched it over and still NOTHING

at this point i dont know what to do. if anyone could help me out that would be awesome

test the circuit out! Is a fool proof way to "guess" what you need to do to fix it!

It HAS to be related to what you just did..... your Park/Neutral switch is probably not hooked up or isnt adjusted or is dirty. If this all started when you pulled it all apart, you have to start there. The other possibility is the ignition switch but having yanked the transmission I would definitely go back over your selector switch again....

GOT IT WORKING!!!!!
turns out the bracket on the shifter cable wasnt having it shift to what it was reading. its weird. Anyone need an relay switch? lol
