Anyone in the Klamath Falls area?
 

I'm thinking of buying a property in Klamath falls where I could rent the house and have an office to stay the night when I head to Seattle or Spokane or for my family or friends. My first instinct was bend but prices are high. I'm a bit concerned about what I have read about Klamath falls and knowing someone from the area who now lives near me, I'm not sure what to look for but I'm interested in looking at the area as long as I can avoid having a meth house. I am north of San Francisco .
