Jeez, That was a long article to read!:o
After all that reading I see the psychological reasons for their beleif of the SUV not being safe but I find alot of problems in there article. First lets start with a comparison of the Mid-level SUV the Chevy Trail Blazer and the Porsche Boxster. Does anyone see a problem with this comparison? Lets compare a Ferari and a Taurus to see which is faster?

Next, I noticed there beleif that a car may be safer but there data implied more to the fact that there was an equal amount of fatality rates in cars as SUVs. In more of a Domestic vs. Import analysis I was noticing that the imports seemed to better all the way around.

Last they discussed the Firestone incident on the Explorers of the nineties. After giving all the evidence of the SUV not being safe they contradicted themselves by implying the rate of tire related deaths in explorers was .0005 an extremly low number at any rate, but the explorer is an SUV:confused:

Whats the real point?
