Raffle and 50/50 need some help
 

I would like to introduce a raffle and 50/50 into Reading 8. All proceeds will go straight to the SVX World Network to keep it running and afford updates. I will be donating a 5mt kit which will be raffled off. 50/50 will be exactly that. 50% of the pot will go to the winner and the other 50% will go to the network. If you have something to donate for the raffle, let us know here. Not sure how much raffle and 50/50 tickets will be either so leave some input on how much you guys think they should cost. Don't forget, all proceeds go to helping us stay running!!!

And as for the price $10 per ticket works preety good for the raffle on the 5-speed swap kit (more than that, and you'll really cut down on the people that will buy a ticket.

And for the 50/50 $5.00 per ticket, or 5 tickets for $20.00 ought to go over pretty good.

Just my thoughts...

sounds like good prices to me too. I would like others to donate some stuff to include in the raffle so there isn't just one winner. It could be something small and almost useless to something like a set of good hood struts... Anything along these lines will work. I know I have some stuff and many other SVX mech's have a bunch of stuff sitting in the garage taking up space... Send it to a good cause.

I would like to say yes Huck, one would need to be there to win. this way it doesn't need to be shipped. Unless someone agrees to deliver it

Too bad...as I doubt I'll be there....but would buy a ticket on your 5-Speed kit:cool: ...Maybe Randy would bring it back for me, if I won...

I am not saying you cannot participate... Just that I don't want to have to ship the stuff out to the winners... if you ave someone that will be here and will take care of it.. By all means have them buy you a couple tickets.

Ok for the raffle I will begin a list of items included.. Add your item to the list and it's aproximate value... This way we have a rough idea of what it i all worth v.s. what it nets for the network
