My windows/seat/sunroof wont work, again.
 

Well during the summer my faimly went to michigan for 3 weeks, and before that trip every thing worked fine. As sson as we got back they dident work, i thought maybe the battery needed to get charged aliltte so i drove it around no change. I did the grounding upgrade with no change, and have checked the fuse under the dash qand in the engine bay not blown. Any ideas?

There's a resistor/relay under the driver's seat that is likely damaged.
Were you experiencing heightened levels of moisture within the vehicle?

Not really i let a couple of sealed bottles of water in it, but seattle is bone dry during summer i dought it even rained when we were gone.

Mine failed almost immediately due to condensation, but this is a frail component prone to failure.
It's worth popping out the seat and taking a look.

It just happens that I am currently working on these same parts. You have to unbolt the driver's seat to get at them. Then you can tip the seat back. Look at the front, left seat mounting bolt. You will see the top of a bracket that is bolted into the floor. Unbolt it and carefully pull the bracket up through the carpet. There will be two electrical parts mounted to it. The first one in the circuit is a circuit breaker. It has two terminals on it. One is 12V coming in. The other is 12V going back out. If you measure 12V on both terminals, it's OK. This feeds into the relay which has 4 terminals. Mine were completely corroded with wires falling out. The main thing to note on the relay is that 12V comes out of it on the black with yellow stripe wire. This wire provides power to the sunroof and the power windows. You can get the wiring diagrams from the 1992 Service Manual that someone has posted online. I think there's a link to it somewhere in here.
