Maintenance and Bar B Q Meet????
 

We have had a Maintenance Meet and Bar B Q in March of the last couple of years at my place in Burlington, WA. This is a time that we can do some light maintenance to our cars, even if you don't know how to do it. Some of the things that have been done in the past are:

replace cluster and button lights
fix visor lights and wires
replace belts (alternator and AC)
Power Steering O-ring replacement
Upgrade headlights (from 2006 to 2005)
pulled a few door dings

These are just a few things that we have done in the past. We have also done some other things that took more time, but it depends on what needs to be done during the day.

The other part of the day besides pictures and maintenance is a Bar B Q. This has been lots of fun and helps with the social part of the meet.

If you are interested, please sign up so I can see if there are members interested in this event again. We have had members come from Calif and Oregon and BC for this in the past. If we want to do this agian, I will post a date. It will probably be the first of second Sat of March. :)

Hey, how about me, don't have anything to fix yet, but a good wax might be in order:)
But its only January, let see what happens between now and them.
Oh, I think I need to replace my EGR valve, or that code 34 thing, can't remember, I do recall its a ***** to do.:rolleyes:

I remember something that took a little longer to fix, but I'm thinking I'll just leave my trany cooler and filter alone. LOL:eek:

I think that might be a good idea. :) :)

Because of the Awards Banquet date being changed and the weather in March, I think I will change it to April 8, 2006. If this conflicts with many other things, I might change it, but now this date would be good for me. :)

You might see me pop up for this =). The car should have stage III in it, and inside will probably still be a little torn up...but nevertheless it is and will be a work in progress along time. I don't have anything I need done at the meet but since no one in my area meets for anything...

That would be great to have you come by. We kick tires if nothing else needs to be done. ;) :)

I'll definately be at the maintenance meet, I'm sure something will break.
