Online service bulletins

I'm willing to bet everybody already knows this, but just in case thought I pass the word that Subaru has posted all the SVX tech bulletins online in PDF format. The link below is for the 92MY.

http://techinfo.subaru.com/html/ixSe...rd=&bulletin=3

Unfortunately, it isn't free:mad: :(

Note the full service manuals are also on that site. $19 to download all of the service manuals in PDF... come on now. That rocks.

Has anyone bought anything from there yet?

damn, paid $140 for my service manuals.

Hey - where are my service manuals Harry?

svxistentialist 09-01-2004 05:12 PM

Correct me on this if I am wrong. [As I know you will:) :D ]

I went through the site in a hurry. From what I see on offer, for a $20 subscription, you can spend a day or so downloading pdfs on Subaru's published Technical Service Bulletins[TSBs] These are all good, and all interesting, and service manual updates are included.

But the service manuals would be HUGE. I don't see them on offer.

I do see them offered as CD-ROMs, but at a cost of $200 or so.

Am I missing something?

Joe:)

thats gay we bought the freakin car why cant we get them for free, i guess they really dont want to have more customers or dont want us to go buy new suabru's because of their excellent customer service...if you ask me service manuals are just like cutomer service and should be included with the car.

Yeah and we all know Subaru is famous for the "stellar" customer service!

You could always click HERE and download the 1992 service manual for free. I don't know if this is the complete FMS but it's quite a bit of info.

I've also got a 1997 FSM CD if anyone needs any sections lemme know.
