Guigaro Mustang concept

  :(

Little is known about the Giugiaro Mustang Concept, except that it's set to debut at the L.A. Auto Show later this month. Some are saying the Giugiaro Mustang will be a thinly veiled preview of the 2010 Mustang. The photographer who snapped this pic says the front actually looks a lot like the new Camaro, which we interpret to mean that the headlights are likely tucked under the hood and partially obscured. The concept's roof is all glass that flows right into the windshield. That's a dead sexy rump, though, and those rear fenders look inspired by the Shelby GR-1 Concept. The only other info we could find on the Giugiaro Mustang Concept is from Ward's Auto, which claims the car will come with the most powerful Mustang engine developed so far.

i don't really have any comment on the exterior, as i'm not really a Mustang fan, but that interior made me throw up in my mouth a little bit.

old news on here.

I really like it, and the cabin could look real nice with some slight changes.
I think most of us know without saying it what needs to go first of all to drastically improve it.

wtlw!

(news to me, too, though)

Lol at rawhide. Looks good as far as future meets retro styling goes, but it's damn ugly in general.
The console is pretty killer. I mean that in two ways.

The glass canopy is what has me sold on it.

All in all I give it a I'ddriveit/10.

The last time this was brought up, I don't think there were pics included...so maybe not wtlw per say.

Interior aside, I think it's a great design.

Well, I like it inside and out.

Having said that, if those interior seats are made from horse hide rather than cow hide, in this country you would not sell even one of them, such is the love story with the horse in Ireland.

Is there a danger with those seats the car might get stuck with the not-too-salacious nickname, Pinto?:D

Or is that just my imagination?:)

The other thing strikes me is the interior is broadly similar to the colour scheme they had for the original Alfa Brera concept that Randy took a shine to. And from what I have seen, not even the interior colour of that made production, so the Stang is safe, I reckon.

Joe:)

When I look at the interior, it makes me think they got chocolate in the peanut butter.

i'm assuming the armrest lifts up to reveal a chromed spittoon.....
