Someone "tapped" my bumper...
 

Well, someone hit my rear bumper on the left rear side. Not too much visible damage except the paint is all scratched/rubbed off. It is gouged in certain areas, so it might need to be replaced. Where should I look for a new bumper cap? Used would be fine. Lastly, how much should this part cost? Thanks.
