Domestic Voilence?

I guess IL DMV finally figured out why I need my SVXes. The best part is the car was sold to a member in MN a while back and they want me to do emission and replate the car.

I once got my licences suspended because I did not take my sold 94 to emisson -- took a long time for them to clear that out and I did not even know that they suspened my licence still a cop pulled me over for busted headlight in another SVX.

Criminy, Lwin - what the hell is wrong with the DMV in Illinois? Is it run by a bunch of people from Illinois, or something? :D

I'm calling the local Secretary of State office ASAP - I wanna know if I can get a license for Domestic Violence after what my cats did in the house the other night.

No, you weren't - you were picking on Lwin for typing 'violence' wrong. :p

SHISVX 02-20-2003 12:23 PM

Lwin,
That's one for Letterman! Send it to him! :D

Sounds like a clerk was a little confused about which batch of papers he/she was working on. Perhaps got a phone call in the middle of typing, and mentally jumped from court reports to DMV business. :D:D:D Hilarious, nontheless.

Hmm. That is my car now. What bad omen could this possibly be?

If anything, could it be considered "Imported Violence"? Maybe it's not fast enough to qualify as violence. How about "Imported Disturbance"? Hmm...

Now I've lost my train of thought.

Yeah

They asked me to do emission on your car about 2 weeks ago too.

Amazing ah? According to IL DMV, I still own that car.

Brilliant Lwin!!

I know from the movies here that drivers have to keep both hands on the wheel at ALL times in CA, even while smoking after SVX.

Could it be that in Illinois some cop saw you punching the steering wheel of your baby in a frustrating traffic situation??

Hate to see you get a ticket for penetrating a red light.:D

Joe:)

Nick,

That's not covered by Domestic Violence statutes. It comes under the 'Littering' laws. :D

(Sorry, I just couldn't resist)
