Sea Foam?
Just wonder has anyone used Sea Foam on their SVX engine and gas tank? How is this thing doing with SVX's?
|
Just do a search and got some answers. Shld've done it first...:o
But the Sea Foam only works with engine oil and gas? Could we use sea foam in the tranny fluid, power steering fluid and radiator? |
Sea foam has a tranny can....Different can!

sea foam is god. ran that **** thru my sr20 right after i installed the thing. it had a bit of valve ticking before, went right away. annoying to do, but works well.

you can get diffrent results i have people come in all time time with a tick in the engine and every time they ask for it to be sea foamed instead of diainosed and repaired it never works

I watched a guy 'Sea Foam' his XT6 right before he competed in an autocross. Now I'm too scared of the stuff to even look into what it's supposed to do.

I use seafoam in the same fashion as GM Top End Cleaner... good stuff.

Perhaps, in order to get a good result also has to use it properly.
I asked this was thinking of making my yellow svx engine running better. It doesn't really have any problem...just thinking if I could clean the engine inside and make it run better, why not. But I'm gonna try the sea foam on my mx-3 V6 on the next oil change...on the mx-3 forum, the sea foam has like more than 95% success rate to make the V6 runs better and quieter. :) |
Is there a How-To for SeaFoam on the SVX lying anywhere?
