Are kids any different these days? O/T
Today in a staff meeting our principal wanted to address the issue of staff moral. So he opened the floor for teachers to start talking about what issues were bothering them........
The first speaker, a middle aged woman (nearly in tears:rolleyes: ) says,"I am so offended when all I see all day long is these kids' underwear". (referring to sagging jeans) and then all hell broke loose (mostly among the middle aged women) and the language in the halls......and the girls tops (jelous are we?)...... and then..........I am under pressure because I might get layed off. (So is everyone else with a job buddy the difference is that teachers get about 4 months notice) Sometimes I just want to go back to working in a shop. Mechanics aren't a bunch of whinning, sniveling, idealists. |
:D you could have added that the issue that was bothering you was all the DAMN WHINING!!! <<room grows silent>> .....and that you'd like a longer lunch break. :D

The favorite saying around my bikeshop????
What the difference between a puppy and a mechanic? Eventually the puppy stops whining. This was told to me by my mechanic. This was in response to my gripe that he was always whining. He works somewhere else now.... CJ |
HAHAHA LMAO, Alan.
