The next member will be #1000

Anyone notice that as of right this minute (your minute may vary) on September 8, 2002, we have 999 members. The next sign-up makes it a grand. NO, Aredub, be fair - you cannot sign up the evil twin under an alias. Will there be champagne, caviar, balloons & a free tranny flush for Mr./Ms. ONE-THOUSAND?
Let's see what "Management" has to offer for this monumental occasion.

Ron.

It is still 999 at this time. I hear a low drum roll in the back ground. Who will it be? :)

Unfortunately, I've been absent of late. Not quite thrilled with the atmosphere these days. Therefore, I missed the glorious event of member 1,000. Congrats to Ramjet, however for being number 1,001.

We (Stan and myself) saw a white 94 SVX with an Onterio tag and we talked to the owner over the weekend. I hope he is here too.

That's 6% coverage discounting multiple svx owners, people interested, and those who sold theirs!
(calculated from the 15k svxs built from 92-97, was this number US, or World?)

Maybe one day the pool of people interested will out strip the number of fucntional cars :)

I'm always in wonderment when new members join.

The numbers that I have seen (maybe not right) are that 14,257 were sold in the US and there were a total of 25,000 sold world wide. :)

According to Fuji Heavy Industries, they produced exactly 24,379 SVXes in total.

Does anyone know the VIN of the last one produced?

Who has the youngest one? Mine was built 10/96 and I did not see any "younger" ones in the recent "Birthday" thread.

Thanks for the link Randy. I had not seen that one before. :)
