DAYLES's GREEN SVX..ONE OWNER?

This person must have bought this car just for resale? How do they call it a one owner? Its obviously more then one owner. If I am wrong, please explain. It also seems that as much as Dayle knows about SVX's, he would have listed it for 7,000.00 to start with??????

Maybe he meant only one owner...currently! :D

This the one?

edit: link shows her explanation for listing as one owner.

Sometimes the buyers info on a title sale is left blank. They never actually switch the title in their name. Even though they own the car, it is not in their name and DMV only knows one owner untill someone actually applies for a new title.

it still isnt true!

But then he wouldnt know all the details on each owner would he?

"link shows her explanation for listing as one owner."

Sorry but her explanation (whatever it may be) doesnt really make sense to me. No matter how she tries to say it so people will believe it, its still not true.
OK, since my car was a one owner SVX when I bought it, is it still?

I don't know. Why don't you try asking her yourself about that.

RSVX 10-14-2006 08:11 AM

That color is hideous.

lhopp77 10-14-2006 08:18 AM

Quality

I don't have as much problem with the paint color as I do the quality of the job. Even the door sills are still the original green. A very cheap paint job.

I bought the car from the original owner, no doubt
never put it in my name, sold it to a very nice lady
in Fl about 1.5 yrs ago, she since sold it to this guy
who is trying to sell it for alot more then he paid for it.
I had a chance to buy it back and almost did, but Im
working on selling about 3 cars right now and have no room.
The color, is great (if you have an open mind) ;)
by the looks of things, others like it too. Although he may
be having friends trying to bid it up too, ..nothing new to
ebay.
Wouldnt take much to paint the door jambs etc, but the
car sold before we ever got it back into the shop to do it.
The actual job was done well.
My pics are better :) :)

GOT2HAVESVX 10-18-2006 05:57 AM

I see....I happen to love the color. Its more new and "in style", It looks good, of course if they had painted the jams and hood when they painted it, it would look awesome. Still a good looking car, IMO.

Well if the everyone in the world had the same taste , it would be kind of a strange place to live! ;) ;) And you would REALLY hate my kitchen! My kids say it looks like celery! (but its a little darker)

RSVX 10-18-2006 12:43 PM

It might look good in a kitchen, I just dont think it fits the SVX.

The main reason the majority of us like it so much, is that its so different. And you state that this brings it more in line with today's styles. That takes away from its individuality, to me.

Heres the reason I am contemplating a color change. If you look close, you can see my green SVX, my green explorer, my green taurus, and my green peterbilt in the second pic. (although the pete is a lighter green, the rest are the same green) its brand new, the KW we had 2 months ago was guess what...the same exact green as the rest of my cars! The impreza in the pic is my sisters, and yes they are green shutters on my house! I am SICK of dark green!
