engine still a miss

Some of ya'll may have read my problem before but I'm slowly eliminating part by part so I'll keep submitting.

Description: My engine skips between 1 and two rpm b/t 40 and 60 miles per hour only in the 4th automatic gear. If I hit the gas and shift goes to third, no more skip. More so going uphill. More so the warmer the engine is. It also skips on idle somewhat. It does not skip if I have it in park or neutral and rev it to a steady 1 or 2 rpms. No check engine light is on so the comp. does not pick it up. Seems like mayb not enough gas to injectors? Still seems like a coil too.

Here's what I've done so far:
1.Switched all coils(I bought the 1 and 2 position coils and switched them out 1 to 2 coils at a time.
2. Replaced all spark plugs several times ( this skip has been around 8 or 9 years.
3. Replace MAF
4. Replace TPS

I assume camshaft sensor is next but before I go and spend another $300 to replace a perfectly good part(on that note if anyone needs any of these parts let me know), has anyone had to replace a camshaft sensor and if so what were the car's symptoms before the fix?
Maybe fuel injectors? Maybe the wires going to the coils? This is crazy!! 9 years and 150k miles of skipping. The gremlins are winning!!!

Thanks.
