I can't believe my good fortune. I just bought a "NEW" 1992 SVX from the third owner of the car. It's only got 26,000 miles and is in virutally perfect condition (see photo). I also own a Claret 1992 SVX with 209,000 miles on it.

congrats! :D I need to finish getting my current 92' where I want it before I start my 'collection' :D looks like a nice car there tho I would lose the stripes but thats just me :p again congrats!

I would get rid of the pinstripes as well. It has been repainted, at least on the trunk, side garnish, and spoiler. Looks like a very nice car and low mileage as well. You will have to watch the Northwest forum for some upcomming meets. :)

Beautiful looking ride. Even with the pin stripes.

Congrats man

I kinda like the pin stripes.

But then I got drunk earlier to better appreciate some side fins on Dayle's car.

How much did you pay for it? I live right next to Oregon and have been searching for an SVX forever..

Where I got my NEW 1992 SVX

To all,

I got it from a guy who used to own a Subaru specialty repair shop in Spanaway, WA, just next to Tacoma. He bought it from a woman who owned it for one year, who bought it from the owner of the Puyallup Subaru Dealership in the fall of 1991. He's the one who tricked out the trunk lid, spoiler, wheels, pinstriping and lambskin seat covers. What's done is done, so I had to take it like it was. I'm a purist though, so I would've preferred all the custom work hadn't been done. It was still way too good to pass up.
