WRX 5 spd transmission swap parts-76k miles
 

I have a 2003 WRX 5 spd, rear diff(not really needed for an SVX swap), hydro pedal set, slave cyl and reservoir, flywheel and possibly a stage 2 exedy clutch for sale.
76k miles from a WRX that was totalled following a rollover on icy Wisconsin roads.
I can also potentially offer a custom crossmember exactly the same as YT used to make at AWD.
I will take offers on the swap and as always with anything from me, drop off is a possibility.

Confused a little . You say diff not needed . The original gearing is 3:53??? and I understand the WRX is 3:90 please straighten me out on this . What do I have for gearing with the 2002 Tranny

Those models of WRX are a 3.90 final drive ratio. The center differential is a 1.1:1 the transmission drive ratio is 3.9:1 while the rear end in them is a 3.54:1.

Nice ! That's why the good gas mileage . About 3 MPH city and High way improvement over the auto I had in the 92 . ( and that goes back to when I first bought the 92 in 94 on a cross county jaunt . best I ever got with the auto was 23 city and 28 high way . This 5 speed is getting 14.2 and I can't keep my foot out of it so it is really better than that . Have not done a full tank on the high way but mixed driving came up with 28.5 ( 14 miles to a high way on back roads 40 miles of high way and a 14 mile return on back roads)
