This has become a "Contact Me Mike" thread!

Oh...Mike, my aunt wants her money back for the airbag she did not receive from you.

Mike621 06-18-2006 12:41 AM

Mike has parted ways with the now-defunct (due to misappropriation of funds by its former owner) parts seller kinetiqsystems, and we have started a new business together. If anyone has any concerns with missing parts, etc, I will make it my business to rectify ANY outstanding situations to the best of my ability.

Please contact our new business with your concerns.

Also,

Earthworm, please email me with the details of the incomplete transaction including any invoices, paypal statements, etc, as I do have a replacement available. Also, if you still need front end parts for the 1995 Emerald, I will possibly have those parts available for purchase within the next few weeks. I believe that you are still in need of a radiator support. I am interested in assisting you with completing the reconstruction of that vehicle.

I aim to keep every one of my customers and friends satisfied with items sold, so please do not hesitate to express any questions or concerns.

Mike from Effectiveauto TOOK my MONEY

Beware, I bought an 92 SVX engine off Mike from Effective Auto on Ebay..I waited to get the shipping tracking numbers only to find out that the Engine had dammage and that they were going to pull another with 40k miles more to replace it....After repeated emails, phone calls , he chooses to keep my hard earned money. I have asked for my money back but no response....
HE had a good rating on Ebay but it looks like the negatives are adding up....
I Will be adding my own negative soon as well as taking action to get my money back..

Chris

How was the engine damaged?

Mike621 07-25-2006 03:56 PM

Your right, it isnt like me at all.

The explanation for the delay in shipping seems like an epic. If you want the whole story well, you can PM me. I wont post it in a public forum.

The engine is damaged, and there is another engine available.

However, effectiveauto's bank auto is overdrawn 200 and my credit is maxxed.

My verizon phone is being cancelled (but is on for another few days), and my car insurance has lapsed and was revoked.

Eric or TomsSVX know the details of how this has happened.

Truth be told, I dont have any money left, and I dont have another job currently so I do not have income. I have just sold a handful of items on ebay. I will use that money to try and compensate for the mileage difference and for shipping.

Anyone who refuses to believe me can call me on my cell, parent's phone, pm me,

I am willing to explain everything. I encourage you to call me.

Regarding the engine: I keep trying to call you and I keep getting an error message. Call my cell or my house. I have a solution.

Mike, I hate to be another person on the list of people that you owe money to, but whatever happened to the $100 that you were going to refund me about 6 months ago?? I would really appreciate that back ASAP. CONTACT ME as I have spent the 6 months calling your phone and never getting through and you have never replied to my messaages. I don't care what it takes, just get my refund ASAP please.

Thanks,

Chris

If they're operating under an auto dealer license in PA you can get your money back provided you're within the $20k minimum bonding amount (that's 20k total for all the claims so 2-3 cars at most and you're at it) Greenmarine. You would just need to file a grievence against the dealership with the State's attorney. If it comes to that float me an email. I have a friend who's a lawyer for the state that works with dealership licensing. Hate to see it go to that though.
