Boot lock picture required
 

Hi there,

looking for a picture (both sides) of the rear boot lock mechanism (out of car).

My boot light is on all the time and have checked wiring only to find that the switch is earthed all the time regardless if open or shut.

Therefore I have come to the conclusion that the switch must be missing an isolating plastic piece when closed.

I did some searching and found these pictures of the lock unit outside the car. Not sure if it will help you but its worth a try. There are multiple pictures in each eBay listing.
