Looks like a B4 or GT concept with Porsche mags.

It does say SVX down there, but it also says Legacy, so it might just be a wandering reference.

no there was a competition or something a while back and some of the pics of the altered cars are still floating around. Change the search slightly and you may come up with the original page that includes a few other "variants" of the SVX and many other cars
