In Nevada, whom do I join?
 

I noticed Nevada being somewhat leftout of the club mix..I do travel and would make an excuse to travel to Seattle for an event or two :D my SVX is not as flashy yet as some ive seen but she looks very good (ignore some of the clear coat peeling) she looks great at 10 feet+ away :D the trek to Washington is much easier than the trek to Colorado..I can do it in about 14-15 hours last time I went there...anyone willing to adopt a Nevadan? Im surprised California doesnt have more going on..tho the sheer number of SVX's in my area could warrant a club of its own..the incline and tahoe area has many well off folks who seemed to have bought more than a few SVX's during its production...awd luxury..lots of snow here..makes sense

Well last summer's Western Regional Meet was in Reno, this year (weekend after labor day) it's in West Yellowstone (you should come to it!), but it might be in Reno/Tahoe next year. :D

I know there are sometimes meets in the SLC area (talk to Michelle/thndrmtn92svx about those).

The NW meets are great - I just got back from one where we had at least 16 cars come to hang out on a cold rainy day. Out-of-towners seem to like the NW seafood meet we hold at Earl's cabin in August. :)

There are several svxers in CA (I know a few in the bay area) but I dont think they meet much. I'd really like to see a CA coast and redwoods meet happen sometime (I adore those overgrown trees). ;)

figures it was last year in Reno :( .....yes Tahoe would be very nice and Ill definately consider yellowstone :D

Yes a road trip it shall be =) Well, once my car is painted, the exuast is on, and my chip is in that is. Btw I am taking suggestions as to what color purple I will be painting my car, and no you cant talk me out of the color, god knows my folks and friends have tried to.

I have two dachshunds as well, cept mine are mini and short hair :)

So far I am considering a darker purple like the stock blue shade, cept in purple. The current color of her is claret. Any examples of how light of a wine color? I actually ironically got the estimate of what it will cost to custom make my dark purple from a whine bottle. They mixed me up a sample using dark violete toner as the base and then added a splash of rose. Looked nice, but I am just seeing if there are any other ideas out there i might like even more.

im currently saving to have my SVX painted as well...im going dark charcoal gray with possible carbon fiber accents as well as in the interior and a set of Enkei Arashi 17's..we have a Subaru group here called SECCS I pmed you on the details..hope to see you at the meets!
