Pittsburgh Convoy
 

who will be traveling the pittsburgh convoy to reading?

should we meet near where we met last year?

this year the kmart parking lot is now home to 3 running businesses so we cannot meet there

however michaels arts and crafts next to the Wal Mart in Cranberry is one of the businesses that has moved into the old kmart building and we can meet in that parking lot

to my knowledged the following are coming:

i hope we get more to convoy, we will have the FRS radios again (i got a much better set this year)

also i assume landshark and amanda will convoy with us as well

someone needs to get a valentine 1 for this trip and ride in front if i had the money i would

I might take you up on the convoy... it's really not that much out of the way, and it would be worth every extra min. to make the trip with some SVXers.

hopefully i'll find a good price on one and win it before reading

also i am told that brian from langston subaru will be joining us in the convoy driving some sort of hooked up impreza we can put him in the back of the pack

we will meet at the Michaels next to Wal Mart in Cranberry Twp PA on friday to leave by 9:30 AM

if anyone has them bring FRS radios so we can keep in communication

i have 2 good ones this year not 2 crappy ones like last year if someone needs to borrow one

Svxfiles and I would love to hook up with you guys, but svxfiles (Tom) has to work until 6:00 on Friday :( . Maybe we can tag along on the drive home.

Hi Guys and Gals,
I don't see us being able to go along on the ride out but we will will be there sometime Friday evening. And we'll be there for Saturdays events. I'm lokking forward to meeting everyone.

Can one of you Pittsburgh convoyers stop by Mike's house to pick up a trunk lid for me, and bring it to the meet? This would only work for someone who is driving solo.

There'll be a few drinks or some such reward for whomever could do this for me.

and how could you not get work off? there's been so much time to get it off you should call off alan

Actually, he said he has a passenger coming with, so he wouldn't be able to bring it with. That's why I'm asking for someone else to help.

Otherwise I"ll have to stop by when I go back on Sunday, which would be something of a pain to coordinate with Mike, me, and the rest of the midwest convoy, who probably won't want to wait around for me while I go pick it up.

well then i'm sure we can work something out
if he still has that passenger
