Cold engine idle

Engine fires right up on cold start then stumbles like it is running too rich and clears up after about a minute. Cleaned maf sensor and throttle bores. Air bypass is open with cold engine, do not know if it is closing too fast. Any ideas, thanks

Idles at 1500 rpm cold and 700 rpm warmed up.
