Repainted my STi wheels...
 

I started to hate the matte grey color that the previous owner of these wheels had painted...

...so I decided to paint them something new. After debate and a bunch of photoshopping, I decided on gloss black with a thin red stripe to match my pinstripe. They came out awesome. Sanding them was the biggest PITA I've ever experienced, but it was well worth it in the end. The pictures can talk now, enjoy! :cool:

Those tiny red lips add so much. But I can tell you they were such a pain to get right. But it was worth it. Photo shop them onto your car! Add different color lips. A gold lip might work :)

Thank you! :cool: And I'm doing either red or black. I think black. I don't know if they would look good in red because of that stripe... the stripe's whole goal in life is to subtly accent the wheels, and I think red calipers would defeat that. Same with red lug nuts. I had them red first, but it looked like rice cakes.

You could also put those ricer lights on the valve stem caps that would give the same effect when driving:lol:

Is the pinstripe on your car black and red too? Man those look great. Good job.
