don't no where but every time i drive it gets hard and hard to turn the wheel. I got a new hose but have not put it on(no time) and really bad tools. The oil color is red. I'm thinking of taking it to a shop and see if they can just get it on.Also see what more is wrong with the car too.

Try the o-ring fix if you haven't already.
