ac compressor clutch

when i was installing my new compressor the ground on the alternator sparked and now the clutch won't engage. the relay is good and the socket for the relay is getting power. the only thing that's not getting power is the wires that connect to the compressor.

any ideas ???

One for next time you are doing something to your car... Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
