Laguna Blue
 

What years was this color offered? Are any AWD?

It seems like I'm only finding FWD's in this color.

I'm finding only FWD's as for sale as well

In the US, Laguna Blue Pearl (code 389) was offererd from 1994 through 1996, across all trim levels (L, LS, LSi, both FWD and AWD). Always with blue/green glass and gray interiors. Color discontinued for 1997.

BUT

The 1997 Canadian SVX brochure shows the Laguna Blue being offered there. It mentions the color 3 times in the brochure, has a big color swatch, and even shows a photo of the Laguna Blue SVX (with the 97 grille) plowing through the snow.

Although this has not been confirmed with an actual sighting.

Any one know how many laguna blue were made.?

Most of the laguna blue svx I see for sale are all fwd too.

My 1994 is LSI and I think porters car was the same.

I have a 94 LS-I in that color. I like it. I am concidering painting the rear lid and spoiler black though.

Dengue, here on the forums has a '95 L model in Laguna Blue with AWD. Hes swapped his interior to leather with the suede, but still has the L model flat black plastic parts, it looks really good together.

I guess the 1/2 dozen or so that were made are happily owned by SVXers and it may take a long time until someone gives theirs up.

I really don't think the black out would look that bad.

I run 18" on my car to, but I wish they were wider then 7".

Yeah, ask me about it, I have 8.5" with a lip, great handling. I wish we don't have uphills in here, all the roads are like that, so the maximum I can go by is the 17" wheels. 18" would tire the engine... :(
