Lets stop the hijacking...

If you want to challange my opinion we can do it here :D I don't have anything against you, you just challange me more vigerously than anyone else here, and I will agrue my point, you are well aware of that, nothing personal. My best friend and I have it out on a regular basis without hard feelings, but I have one request, no insulting of other members, I have no problem with them chiming in for either side, and I may chalange them if they don't agree with me, I'm sure you would do the same. :cool:

So far, I don't think i've done anything that qualifies as hijacking. In the last two (and only two threads i've posted in in months), I simply stated my opinion and some facts that I feel back it up. Both posts were completely on topic and very respectful. However SOME people *cough*NAPA*cough*BENEBOB*cough* Seem too feel threatened by me and jump on me as soon as I show up. I competely agreed with benebob in that last thread and he still attacked me. WTF!?

Fine. I don't know what your opinion is yet, but i'm sure I can find something to challenge.

Since you said this, I will then "reset" your status in my mind. We'll start this again. You want to debate respectfully and maturely? That's awesome. But this means using words like REDNECK, MULLET, HICK, MEATHEAD and other things of that nature are not going to cut it. You want to play in the big leagues, show big league game (this is not to say that you can't, just that you usually break down into random insults somewhere in the middle of an argument and that really kills your effectiveness).

So there's some ground rules for your challenge. Want to add some? I'm listening.


Now here's just the point I wanted to address. I see where you get this, and it perfectly demonstrates the blind one-sided-ness of most of the membership of this board. It is well known here that I am not a Subaru FANBOI and I hold a very different position than most of the membership. This also seems to give me a very differen appearance. It's come to the point now where other members can insult me every which way from sunday, but I use one off-color remark about anyone else, and i get lectured. Save your breath. You come at me, i'll hit you right back in the exact same manner you came with, only harder. Deal with it or leave me alone.

That goes for everyone, not just Napa.


So if you can handle those terms, which I think any reasonable person would agree are perfectly acceptable, then I await your first shot.

This is not how we handle things on this site. I know you're going for a macho 'I can take care of myself' sort of attitude, here, but if somebody attacks you on this site, please bring it to our attention. Hitting somebody right back, 'only harder,' does not help your case.

I don't know what the deal is between you and Napa. I haven't had the time to read every thread on these forums in a long time. I suspect the threads in question also missed the other moderators' attention. I apologize for this lapse, but it's inevitable.

What? I'm just wondering where you get this crap? I NEVER in my LIFE AGREED with the village idiot nor unless it was regarding how ignorant you are and that you came to your senses. You've already demonstrated that you can carry on a conversation in the most personally insulting, immature manner. So why not try something different and actually make a point, or prove JUST ONE of your assertions?

Every time I am asked for proof or something to back up my opinion, i produce it. I TRY to conduct every argument in the most civilized and mature manner possible. There are just some members, such as yourself, who cannot handle this apparently immense responsibility. You disagree with my opinion, but instead of stating that and offering reasons why, you simply resort to insults and personal attacks. It's a waste of time, and makes YOU look like the village idiot.
