In need of a paint code
 

Well hello from across the pond!
I work at a ocal bodyshop, and am feeling the compulsive urge to drive an svx without dents, rock chips, and faded mirrors. I would like to go from Barcelona red to Swiss mica ruby. I think the color combo is very classy.
The only problem, is in the how to docs there arent any paint codes for the uk colors.
So anyone with a swiss mica ruby svx,I need the paint code if you happen to know it. Thanks in advance!

I don't know this paint code off hand Eric. I do agree it is probably the nicest SVX colour combination.;) :D

You need to send a PM to Bipa. She is Canadian currently living in Germany, and her car is Ruby Mica, she can just look up the code for you under the hood..

And be nice to her, or she will check up any skeletons in your closet on the Internet!:eek:

James [jamsvx]has what is probably your code listed on his Geocities site.

He has it noted down as Crimson Mica, code #265. I'm 90% sure this is the same colour you need.

Just the same, PM Bipa, and get her to confirm the code before you buy, this stuff is beautiful but expensive.

I dunno. But actually, I PM'd her a week or so before asking publicly. I can check the code given at work in my foolin around time..but if anyone would toss some more possible codes at me that'd be great

I found the color today. It really is a nice shade of red, but I think I may jazz it up just a hair and add some pearl to it. Should accentuate the car's subtle curves very nicely
