my mom and best friend pass away today

1 Attachment(s)
Just wanted to make everyone aware of a great
lady, they never met.
My mom, Barbara passed away in her sleep early this morning.
She was only 67, but my mom was the best
thing in my life. My mom by herself raised my brother,
sister and myself since for most of our lives. She always
made sure we where taken care of although we never
really had alot of money. She did without alot of things
herself to provide for her kids.
She was an extremely wonderful person and lived her
life on her terms, and was always willing to help others.
She made me what I am today, and taught me the
things that where important in making it in this world
and how to treat others around me.
My mom was everyones mom growing up, all my friends
enjoyed coming over as a kid and she always made
them feel welcome.
In the last 4-5 yr my mom and I became even closer
and not a day will go by without me remembering some
of the wonderful things about her. I could write on for hours
about my mom, and maybe one day I will,
but for those who never met her, maybe you know a little
more about the lady who brought me into this world
and about me.

sincerely
Dayle

So sorry for your loss Dayle, my deepest condolences :(
Well a mom is the most best thing that can happen to a guy, she brings him to this world, raises him, teaches him the concept of affection and love, and many great things helping him to raise a future family....

As you said, talking about moms will take forever, but what I am sure of is that without her you wouldn't be where you are today...

I will quote an Arabic saying, translating: "Behind each great man, stands a greater woman". We all know that it applies to moms more than other women in one's life...

Sorry again for your loss my friend, hang in there :o

When my own mother passed away it helped me to know that I had friends who understood and cared. Take that comfort from us, from your off-board friends but most of all, from your loved ones.

I'm very sorry to hear about this. I hope you are doing ok. I'm not sure what any of us can do for you other than offer our sympathy. Hang in there and keep in touch.

67 is too young. Nice photo, she looks very sweet. Sorry to hear about it and condolences. It's really rocky when a parent dies, you'll have to really watch yourself and hold it together.

My deepest sympathies Dayle. Will keep you in my prayers.
