4.44 Auto swap for sale
 

I have a 4.44 transmission from a 98 Outback for sale with 117k miles if I remember right. (pulled from a U-pull)
Also have a rear diff, already LSD from an 04 Outback with around 60k miles I was told. (bought rear diff separately off ebay)

Have enough spare parts to piece together good stock auto gears which are nicer for what I use most of mine other than the silver SVX for.

I don't have to get rid of this, just figure someone can probably use this stuff. I can arrange shipping through a freight service. I can also meet people halfway if they pay for my side of the gas, or if you don't need it ASAP, I will be making another trip east come the end of August (South Carolina, Virginia, New Jersey and back home to WI) and sometime soon after that will also be heading to Colorado and can meet someone along the way.

Don't ask for pics, its a transmission without the spin on filter and a rear diff. For rear axles, you would just use 2 axles off one side of the SVX rather than one of each because it is a newer LSD and not the SVX carrier swapped in. I will include an extra good proper side axle as well.

little bump. Don't be afraid to make an offer. Shipping anywhere in the lower 48 would be around/under $200 and if on the eastern half, I'll be heading out there again near the end of August. (WI to New Jersey, down to South Carolina and home)

Yes, more than likely. :) If its a bit out of the way I'm planning, I have no problem detouring a little out of the way, or otherwise meeting up somewhere.

Here's a brief route for anyone who might be thinking about it.

Also got thinking, I'll be heading to Colorado (Denver area) as well at some point, probably within a couple months of the eastern trip. And selling this would make that trip happen sooner if someone out there wanted this setup.;)

bump, price added. Willing to negotiate, and also willing to install if it's along my travels for extra. Would just need a driveway/garage. I have a trans jack and appropriate tools to do the work.
