Gas leak / Rusty lines

Hello all,
I've got a significant gas leak and it seems to be one of the 3 rusty steel lines that runs from the top of the tank (access panel) to the rubber hoses near the leading link on the drivers side. Anyone had this problem? Is it possible to pull these steel lines without dropping the tank (and the exhaust, and the diff, and the ...) I'm thinking about just running rubber lines and replace the steel ones later.

Comments?

That was the first thing I thought of as well. I don't know how far they are rusty, but I think the rubber lines would be ok for awhile anyway. :)

From your description, it seems like we have the similar problem. I don't know how bad your leak is. My leak was pretty bad. I went underneath and checked.....I knew that's too much for myself with no right tool. I sent it to Tom, he said it's to drop off the driveshaft, differential and gas tank to get that fixed.
