I would contact the seller and ask about the status of the sale. I would be nice about it and let them know that you are wondering when the item was or is going to be shipped. :)
I always include that I will leave positive feedback when I get the item and would appreciate the same. Good luck. Hope it turns out ok. What is their feedback number? Large number, or only a few. I always consider that before I bid. :) |
Make sure you read ebays rules regarding complaints and getting your money back (less the $25 admin fee) up to $200 as there is a time limit. I had this happen to me recently and both ebay and paypal have this complaint/restitution process (although paypal can only recover what is actually in the other persons account if they find in your favour).
Try to contact the other party (ebay will provide a phone # if you send in a request) and keep all documentation of contact. Also if you paid be credit card most card companies also provide some form of recovery relief for internet fraud (learning from the school of hard knocks). Keith PS The seller I dealt with had over 300 feedbacks and only 3 negatives in the past 30 months. |
the seller im dealing with has pretty good feedback. i read some of them and it seems he lacks in communication. i just hope this is another case. ill go ahead and try to email him now.

If they are doing a high volume per day, it is easy for one to slip through the cracks. I'm still waiting for some 2+ week old stuff.
