How to translate japanese websites?

well its 4:14 am and im not sleepy(no class tomorrow). I started browsing all these japanese websites. Now my question is, where can I get software that will transfer all the japanese to english, and also if I want to email these guys type my english in japanese? I think theres a procedure with the internet settings but I got it backwards, my english websites are now japanese. Hmm let me fiddle with it

Try this.

http://babelfish.altavista.com/

It will translate the Japanese page to a mixture of seemingly random English words. But it's better than nothing.

There is no language translation in IE. The only thing IE can do is display Japanese text (as a plug-in).
