The SVX awards......
 

I was up late last night, drinking leftover eggnog and eating oreos when an idea struck me. I was thinking that mabey we should hold annual SVX awards. There could be sevral categories. Mabey something along the lines of fastest, best handeling, most innovative, best interior, best exterior, ect...

I guess for the fastest and best handeling awards timeslips and ...I guess skid pad numbers could be sent in to a designated judge person typed thingey...as with all the astetic stuff, id guess that a poll thread would have to be started with a "who's car is the nicest" thing going. Possibly just have 2 or 3 pictures of each competitors car and the start counting votes.

I am not sure exactly how when what prizes ect. Looking for input and genral intrest. if you have any ideas or input go ahead and let it out here

I think a "SVX of the Month" would be cool too

If there's a "ugliest hood" category, I'm in! :)

I think we need an "ugliest roof" category as well. :)

Greatest contribution to the betterment of all SVX-kind (ex. SVXFiles)
Fastest - no restrictions
Fastest - street legal
Best handling - no restrictions
Best handling - street legal
Highest dyno-proven Hp/Tq
Most unadvertised mods
Biggest post b^^ch
Lifetime achievement award
Most SVXi in captivity (ex. Earl!)
Greatest contribution to to the advancement of EG33 evolution (ex. ECUTune)
Greatest contribution to the advancement of SVX body parts (ex. Custom Glass)

Vote early, vote often

How are you going to decide fastest and best handling and all of that? Time slips would be necessary for the fastest but how are we going to test handling and such. I like SVX of the month too. Good thread :)

sounds like a good idea, would be fun to see who is the "top dawgg" :)

So I guess one way to proceed is to start a thread on nominations for a particular category. Say best all around network contributor, or best post-ho. (Chike...hands down.:D ) Nominations last a week. Then choose the top nominations and start a poll thread with those nominations at the top.

Then we can dog them out for being glory hounds in the thread itself.
