Terrible brake sounds (how do I fix?)

Hey guys, I've been having some issues with my brakes lately and I don't really know what to do about it. OT has given my car a clean bill of health(for now) and I'm able to stop fine for the most part but my brakes keep making this terrible screeching/grinding sound every time I slow to a halt.

I'v recently had my back brakes replaced but they were working fine with no grinding issue until about a week ago. This sound is very embarrassing and annoying and makes the SVX very unfun to drive. I just want to get where I'm going and that's it. It sucks.

Here is the video I made of the issue. You can hear it most when the passenger windows are down. Right around 2:05 is the best example.

Your help in isolating and correcting this issue is greatly appreciated.

Rock stuck behind the backing plate, brake pad clip off center or bent and touching the rotor, or pad squeal pin slightly bent and touching the rotor would be my guess.

i had a similar sound there was a couple of rocks suck in between the dust shield and the rotor and the dust shield was sitting too close to the rotor and wouldn't let them fall out i just pushed the shield back a couple of millimeters (5 or so) with my fingers and they dropped out , never had the sound since

I think it might be this but I'm not sure. I had the rears replaced and assumed that they might be the reason for the screeching but I had my girlfriend lean out while I stepped on the brakes and she thinks it might be coming from the front... Which I didn't touch.

I tried to push back the shielding to let rocks fall and I even took a hammer and a screwdriver to the rear shielding and all kinds of rust and rocks fell loose but the noise still persists..

What's the easiest way for me to adjust the brake pad clip or whatever?

Jack and support car, remove wheel and remove one of the bolts holding the caliper so you can rotate it up out of the way and get a clear look at the pads and clips. You can then pop the pads out and remove the clips from the caliper bracket (everything just pops out at this point). Also check the rotor for signs of scratching, like a line all the way around. (if your rotors are slotted there may be a circle all the way around the face of the rotor connecting the outer edge of the slots. This is normal.)
