New here

Just wanted to say hi to everyone. I just picked up a 92 SVX with 90K on it. Never really thought I would own one of these but I absolutely love the car.
Anyway, on with the pics.

Nice, you got the rare automatic model. There aren't too many of those anymore.

Greetings. Clean car; hope it turns out to be a good one. Should have lots of life left, having only 90,000 miles.

Somebody will eventually notice this, so I'll go ahead and tell you: You need to switch sides with your rear wheels. Look near the valve stem and you'll see an "L" on the left-side wheels. If those are directional tires you'll have to have them re-mounted.

Good luck,
dcb

Right now the car runs like a champ, shifts like a champ, etc... Hopefully it will stay that way.

:D ...he's being sarcastic. The auto-SVX is becoming a rare breed since everyone is switching to the manual transmission.

There may be many people on this site who have switched, or plan to switch, to a manual - but saying that 'everybody' is performing the manual switch is nowhere close to accurate. Even if you could name 100 people from this site who had done the switch, that's still less than 1% of the SVXs sold here in the US.

You've got a long way to go before automatic-transmission SVXs are 'rare.'

Welcome. Looks like you scored yourself a very appealing 92 Teal LSL!

Congratulations and take good care of her! Ask questions. We will help as much as we can.
