Fan Replacement for the radiator

can anyone recommend a good manufactuer for replacing the 2 fans for the radiator. And what about the cost:confused:

Subaru makes some nice ones.......

but they cost a ton!

Aftermarket ones are not a good way to go.

Ebay would probably be just about as old as yours so temporary fix at best.:(

Not much help

Tom [svxfiles] used a bigger higher capacity radiator to cool his supercharged car. The stock fans would not fit in the shallower space so he bought two new slimmer fans, and I'm pretty sure they work very well for him.

Check pictures 12,13, 16,17 in this link to Tom's locker:

You could send a PM [Private Message] to Tom and ask him what they cost and if he thinks they are OK.

I was just referring to the...

Mickey Mouse way they fasten on the car.
I considered it a while back but didn't know for sure how to wire them up and didn't have access to the svx wiring diagram back then

If mine go out again I may go with Mickey myself!:)

You could be right about that Keith

I noticed that.

However, the supercooler I use is tagged through the rad fins in a similar way and it never stirred.

It just does not look too professional I expect, but the real test is "Does it work?"

I expect it works OK.
