Improved lites
I installed a set of HIR 9011 and 9012 bulbs in our SVX's. The low beams are impressive and the highs are awsome. Check them out at MaxLumens@FineMotoring.Com. You can also search for HIR 9011 or 9012. Guy in Ferndale sells the for $29.95 each. $5 for shipping of a max of 8. Minor trimming of one tab involved.

I am interested in seeing them on Sat night. I will have to see where they are in Ferndale (just up the road from me).
Overall, are you happy with them? :) PS The site is located at http://www.finemotoring.com/ |

These lights are impressive. I contacted Bill Fox and he is willing to allow a "Group Buy". I am going to get some lights and do some testing as well. The price on these is not certain until I know how many we are going to order, but it looks like we can get them for around $25. or maybe less. The only bad part is that we need to pay sales tax, but it will still be less than on ebay. Now the good - I will pick them up so we save on shipping. More to come. :)

Ensteele please keep us uptodate, i would buy a pair guaranteed. ive been wondering how to solve my light problem since i owned the car.
they are just too dim. (stock lights) |
I will keep you up to date. I am going to get a set or two this week and give them a try. They were very impressive the other night at the meet. I can't believe that they will not give us much more light. I want to try the brights in the low beams and a set of the brights in the bright beams and see how they do. :)

They are great from the pics that we took. I can share the pics if anyone wants.

when can we buy? :)
|
I am going to do some quick testing with a few and then we can get an order in. I will start a list for members to start signing up. I am not sure of an exact price, but it will depend on the number of lights we will order. They should be in the price range of $25.00 or so. Less if we get a large order. The high beams are the same price as the low beams. I am going to try the high beams in the low beam lights before I make up my mind. I will let you know what I find out. :)
