Anyone near Aurora, IL?
 

I've been following a new listing for a Legacy Turbo Wagon. I'm in the market for a utility hauler, so this one looks tempting.

The listing says the title has been 'rebuilt'. They say that there is no evidence of body work, so they suspect it might be a stolen recovery- or I'm thinking it could be a flood victim(?).

Anyone in the area that could take a peek at this vehicle for me?

I'd appreciate any effort.

Well, it turns out I forgot about a buddy of mine in the Chicago suburbs that's a 'car guy' that will look at this for me.

I could still use a 'spare' CarFAX lookup if someone has the resources to check out the VIN number ( jf1bj6736rh900866 ) listed in the eBay auction.

Sorry Mark, I can't help with carfax, but the way I see it, if that car is in decent shape, you can't go wrong for $1200 bucks. Just my .02 cents though.
